I got this Solar Powered Lantern for my dad who loves fishing.
The main thing is that you don’t have to worry about any fuel source for these types of lanterns. I mean you just have to keep them in a sunny spot during the day and at night they will emit light. Cool! Especially since my dad does not remember to replace dead batteries anyway – this is an awesome solution to this problem.
The lantern is pretty light and easy to carry around. It was 6 LEDs with 3 connectors. I think this is the best environmentally friendly light source that one could use while camping, hiking or during an emergency.
Anyway, my dad likes it – he doesn’t say this but I know cause he keeps using it everywhere and also I heard him brag about it to one of his friends.
So if you are looking for a nice gift – this lantern is certainly a good choice. For the right money!
