At Solar Warehouse, we stand behind every product we sell. If any item fails due to defect in material workmanship, we will repair or replace it within the products specified warranty period.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return and exchange process. All products include a 30-day limited warranty unless specified otherwise or have a manufactures warranty. Please contact us for specific product warranty information.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days for a full refund less 25% restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred.

1. All items returned must be in new unused condition and packaged in the original manufacture’s box. All of the product parts, manuals, accessories must be returned in order to receive credit.
2. Placing an order indicates that you have read and understand our return policy and shipping information.
3. Notify SolarWarehouse.com within 3 days of delivery of the merchandise if you should encounter any problems with your order.
4. An invoice must accompany the return in order to assure proper handling and credit.
